Every seller submits a 38-point inspection: encoder drift, gearbox backlash, brake hold-time, controller battery, harness condition, repeatability test. Listings are graded A/B/C and we publish the raw report PDF. If a buyer disputes the grade within 14 days of delivery, we cover the difference.
Browsing is free. There's a flat 3% buyer service fee on completed transactions, plus optional add-ons (deinstall, rigging, freight, EOAT swap). No surprise margin baked into the listing price — the seller's ask is what they get.
